Overview

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.  Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.  Reiki can bring on a meditative state, foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery, stimulate your body’s immune system, promote natural self-healing, relieve pain and tension, and support the well-being of people receiving traditional medical treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and kidney dialysis. 

Infrared Magnesium Wrap

Overview

Prepare to have magnesium oil rubbed on your skin and then be wrapped and placed in a nice hot sauna! 
The infrared sauna magnesium wrap helps replenish magnesium levels, sweat out toxins, naturally improves the digestive system, reduces localized fat, eases swelling, and tightens & clears the skin. Following this treatment, you will feel revitalized, refreshed, and sculpted. 
(If you are allergic to magnesium or have high blood pressure, you are not a candidate for this treatment.) 

Preparation and Aftercare:
Before:
Avoid using bar soap 12 hours before treatment.
Avoid applying lotion for 24 hours before treatment. Try to drink ½ your body weight in ounces every day before and the day of your body wrap. Ex: if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water daily.
After:
Do not eat a large/heavy meal for the next 24 hours. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or fizzy drinks for at least 24 hours after the treatment. Avoid bathing or showering for preferably 12 hours to allow the products to continue working. Consider a course of body wraps to gain long-lasting effects.
